What you will learn, experience, and create: You will learn many easy and effective tools, to incorporate into your life to help you relax, gain insight, and find balance. Experience the importance of understanding one's mind/body & spiritual connection to stress and how different breath-work can reduce stress and promote physical, mental resiliency, and spiritual awareness. You'll learn where you store your distress, how to cleanse the stress residue and rejuvenate your mind and body to heal; EFT/Tapping technique- learn to tap on your meridian points and say affirmations to relax immediately; guided imagery, walking meditation, and other meditation, visualization, mindfulness techniques, and some Advanced Integrative Therapy (AIT) cleansing and instilling new positive core beliefs. These mind/body & spiritual integration techniques you will learn will help with disorganized thoughts, connectiveness, and negative emotions. You will create a "Strength Kit" © to store your new skills, and journal in to gain insight to grow from, as well as, develop your ongoing somatic and cognitive "Resiliency Rountine" ©
