Teens Come, "Unlock Your Potential & Discover Your Authentic-SELF" ~ 4 WEEK GROUP
Very creative, interactive, and strength-based class to help teens discover their strenghts, potential, and voices...
They will learn techniques to enhance their self esteem and to gain great insight.
They will create a "Strength Kit" and "Authentically U Vision Board" to continue to grow from to move in a positive direction.

When: Saturdays: September 26th, October 6th, October 27th, and November 3rd

Teaches energy healing breath-work, EFT/Tapping, Meditation, Visualization, Mindfulness, and NLP.

Specializing in teaching and processing with (AIT) Advanced Integrative Therapy = somatic mind/body, spiritual transformation to accept and let go of ancestral and current stuck traumas, triggers, phobias, and anxieties. Then, work on bringing in NEW positive core beliefs ongoing. In each session we can work on different experiences, issues, or feelings that have been stuck, be taken out by their roots, to help change your perception and angst from within. This can not only help you, it will help your children and future generations to have more peace and less anxiety. Learn to find hope, light and happiness from within that can be passed on to uplift our world.

AS A MENTAL HEALTH ADVOCATE: I teach and help clients and families to advocate for themselves and their love ones in schools, colleges, hospitials, nursing or group homes. I advocate for patients and/or parents of patients who have their family member in a psychiatric hospital, with voluntary or involuntary admission, get the compassionate help they need and deserve.
