If you're located far from my office and wish to have a helpful session without leaving your home or work, call for a Skype virtual therapeutic session.
1) The 3-4 hour Stress Management workshop will be most Saturdays from 12:30-4:00 for $150. I will teach Meditation/Mindfulness, breath work, EFT/Tapping, Walking Meditation, Visualization, and Advanced Integrative Therapy (AIT) energy healing work to help the attendees become much more resilient to stress related issues.
2) Then we will have our 6- 8 week Empowerment Group for women that will start on the Saturday after for $240 or $320, which is $40 per group. We will discuss and work more on Stress Management, Positive Self-Esteem, Mindfulness, Communication, Mistaken Beliefs, having a perception that works for you, communication, acceptance, healthy boundaries, journaling, creating vision boards, making decisions that will help you, and creating a “Strength Kit” to store your new skills.
3) Clients can get a large savings if they sign up soon. They can pay for one or both, (You can get $70 discount if you sign up for both of these experiential groups), here with "Pay Pal."
