Individual Rates
$100 - $160 per 60-minute individual
$180 - $225 per 90-minute individual
Couples/Family Rates
$150 - $180 per 60-minute couple or family
$225 - $270 per 90-minute couple or family
Skype Session Rates $100 - $130 per 60-minute Skype Session
Accepted Insurance Plans:

- -Offer sliding scale if needed and requested
- --Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH). Great program with BCBS whereas you can have a case worker who supports and connects with you weekly too! Call BCBS to learn more about this program.

Insurance Accepting the above insurances at this time. Since I'm also an out of network provider, most insurances may accept my monthly receipts and reimburse you their pre-established amount. Please tell me if you'd like monthly receipts.
Reduced Fee - Sliding Scale
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis for clients who don't have the insurances I am in network with.
Payment at time of service:
Cash and personal checks accepted in person. Credit cards accepted in advance through pay pall, or at office visit, on Authenticallyu.org website; click payment tab on my home page.
Cancellation Policy:
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the scheduled session. Please let me know if there's an emergency and you can't make it.
